Slocan Ramblers

One of Toronto’s fastest rising bluegrass bands was just tapped to open for the multi-talented Steve Martin and his band The Steep Canyon Rangers at this year’s Toronto Jazz Festival on June 29th.

The legendary comedian, actor, writer, and playwright is also widely respected for his banjo chops. He’s won multiple Grammy awards for his own bluegrass albums, as well as for collaborations with pioneers like Earl Scruggs. The Slocans will share the stage with Martin and singer-songwriter Edie Brickell.

You can get more info and tickets for the show through the Toronto Jazz Festival.
